Dichroic Glass Hummingbird Pendant Necklace Black : Style 14 of 18 Carol Rasmussen created this stunning Dichroic glass pendant with an image of a Hummingbird and Flower on it. The background color that you see behind the image is a sparkly goldy copper. The Hummingbird's wings are a sparkly purple color. The Flower and the outline of the Hummingbird are black. The pendant itself is about 1- 3/4 inches long and 1- 1/2 inches wide. For the body of the necklace I used faceted round Black Onyx beads, along with faceted rectangles of Black Onyx and Amethyst. Small faceted rondelles of Citrine pick up the golden tones in Carol's pendant. I did not use any Sterling Silver beads in the necklace because I didn't want to distract from the pendant. It does have a silver bail on the top of the pendant that is slightly visable. It also has a SS toggle clasp with flowers on it. Approx. 20 inches long. I have more detailed photos available.
