Ordering and Shipping Information:

We will normally ship within 1-2 days upon receipt of your payment.
All items are individually wrapped in black jewelry gift boxes, tied with a bow and decorated with a handmade beaded ornament.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted by email or telephone.

We use United States Priority Mail for orders that are shipped within the 50 states.  All orders are insured.  The delivery time for Priority Mail is generally 2-3 days.

If you have a specific date requirement or rush order, please let us know by choosing "Other" as your payment option. This will take the item(s) on your order out of stock for 48 hours and generate an email form for you to let us know your requirements.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  If you are in the USA, and order prior to 11:00 am Arizona time, we can arrange to ship overnight via FedEx.  There is a substantial additional fee charged for this expedited service.  It will need to be paid via your credit card before shipping can occur.

International Shipping Rates- per address:

International orders, including Canadian orders are shipped via United States Post Office Priority Mail International, and all orders are insured.   Please choose “Other” as your payment option.  This will take the item(s) on your order out of stock for 48 hours and generate an email form for you to fill out and let us know your shipping destination.  We will let you know the exact shipping charges and invoice you for the total.   Although Priority Mail International places your package in its country of destination within 6-10 business days, please understand that customs formalities and local delivery in the country of destination can occupy a great deal of time.  Customs fees in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

Package tracking is available through the US Postal Service.  If you have a concern, we’ll be glad to track and update you, or provide you with your tracking number.  Package tracking for overseas orders is valid until the package is turned over to the local delivery service.  (For example, in the UK, local delivery is handled by Parcelforce.)

Packages Damaged In Shipping:

Should an item arrive which has been damaged by the carrier, please save all packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate the claims process.  If you were able to take a digital photo of the damages, and email it to us that would be a great help! 

Custom Length Bracelets and Necklaces:

If you need a different length for any of my bracelets or necklaces, please email me your requirements and I will quote you the additional price (if any).  Both lengthening and shortening require me to restring the item- there would also be extra beads required if it needs to be longer.

Return Policy:

We regret we cannot issue refunds for earrings due to hygiene reasons

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt

A copy of the invoice must be included in the package

Items must be unworn and in their original box and jewelry tags must still be on the jewelry, or the item will be considered used

Shipping charges are non-refundable

We do not accept returns of custom orders or used goods

International orders cannot be returned

To return an item, please follow this process:

  1. Email me through the website at Andreasjewelry.com and let me know that you would like to return an item.  Please explain the reason for the return so we can better serve you in the future.
  2. I will then issue a return authorization form that includes a shipping label.
  3. Place the item that you would like to return, with all of the original packaging in the box, and send it to the address on the return label provided.  For security reasons, please do not use the word jewelry on the outside of the box!
  4. I strongly suggest that you fully insure your return shipment

Once your return is received, it will be inspected.  Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return.

Andreasjewelry.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, less the shipping charge

If you receive an item that is defective, or not what you ordered, I will be happy to refund your shipping cost, but you must return the defective item within 14 days of receipt.

Item Availability:

We try to keep every item in stock but many designs are one of a kind or are in limited quantities, so you may come across an item that has sold out before we are able to remove it from the website.  If you really love it, please email us and we will tell you if it can be closely reproduced.

Additional Photos

If you need to see additional photos of any of my designs please email me through the “Contact Andrea” page.  I usually take more than one photo of each of my designs, especially necklaces which are harder to capture.  I can easily take new pictures as well.

Special Orders / Vouchers / Coupons:

Special Orders:

I would be happy to create a custom designed piece of jewelry for you!  Please email me to let me know your desires- color, length, etc.  If there is an existing design in my collection that has the look you want, but is the wrong color, please let me know.  If we are matching a color on a piece of clothing, a picture of the garment would be great.  A piece of the fabric or even some threads would help.  Maybe you could even find the exact color on a paint chip from a hardware store- then you could send it to me US Mail!  My address and email information are listed in the “Contact Andrea” section.

When we agree on a design and price, a non-refundable materials deposit of 50% is required for me to begin.  Custom orders are returnable for exchange or Andreasjewelry.com credit only (less the 50% deposit).

Post Style Earrings:

All of my earrings come hanging on solid Sterling Silver French earwires unless otherwise specified. We can convert any of our hanging earrings to a Sterling Silver Post-Style for no extra charge.  Please just let us know at checkout in the ”Comments” box.

Non-Pierced Clip Earrings:

We can convert most of our hanging earrings to a Sterling Silver Non- Pierced Clip-Style for a $5.00 additional charge.  Heavier earrings would not be a good choice for this!  If you would like any earrings on your order converted to Clip-Style, please go through checkout but choose “Other” as your payment option.  This will take the items on your order out of stock for 48 hours and generate an email form for you to let me know which earrings to convert.  I will email you a revised invoice with the $5.00 additional charge included.

Necklaces and Bracelets

Necklaces and bracelets are strung on high quality nylon-coated stainless steel wire for strength and flexibility.  They fasten with one of many decorative Sterling Silver toggle clasps, but can be restrung with a strong Sterling Silver magnetic clasp for an additional charge.

Magnetic Clasps for Bracelets and Necklaces:

We offer a very nice looking solid Sterling Silver strong magnetic clasp for customers who prefer this over our normal toggle style clasp.  There is a $10.00 additional charge for either a bracelet or a necklace because the item will have to be completely restrung to attach the new clasp.  I tried out a bracelet that had this clasp- it will not come undone unless you want it to!  When you put it on, it will almost attach itself from about an inch away!  They are easy to put on and take off even though they are so strong.

Refer a friend to this website, and upon completion of their first purchase I will email you a voucher for $10.00 towards anything on Andreasjewelry.com

Your friend will receive a new customer welcome discount of 10% off their first purchase at Andreasjewelry.com.  When they are in the checkout process they will be asked how they found Andreasjewelry.com.  Ask them to fill in your full name and state of residence so you will receive your voucher credit.

Refer as many new customers as you want to- there is no limit on how many vouchers you can use!

When you receive one or more vouchers and and wish to make a purchase on Andreasjewelry.com, please follow the instructions listed below under “Vouchers”.

Vouchers:

If you are using a voucher(s) that you received from our Referral Program please go through checkout, but choose “Other” as your payment option.  This will take the item(s) out of stock for 48 hours and generate an email form for you to let us know your Voucher number(s) and your name, so that we can email you a revised invoice with the voucher amount taken off of the total. If there is unused credit left on your Voucher, it will be held for you.

Privacy Policy:

All information that you supply to us will be used solely within this site.  We will not pass it on to any other companies, and it will only be used in conjunction with your order.  On occasion we will notify those customers that have elected to receive product updates and special offers.

If you use the Google Checkout method, you will be required to supply your payment information to Google, which processes the orders for us for added security. We will not see your credit card information, only the result of the transaction. Upon approval of the transaction, we will promptly ship your order.
